Light flare reposition

How do you reposition the light flare to a different part of the image?

Hi Dougshaffer,
You need to replace the 'Merge' node with a 'Place and Merge' node, I've described how you can do that in this post
You can enter the effect editor for the effect by right-click on the tab of the effect (upper right corner) and click for 'Manual Edit'.
Hope this info will bring you a bit further in understanding SPE
