Program not working right

Having problem as of today. I open program and the screen showing is fine. I drop my photo in to upload and the screen is too large. I can no longer see toolboxes on left or right. Nothing I do is helping. Worked fine for month. Any suggestions as to why its doing this.

If you could post a screen shot of what you see, I might be able to help better. However, I can think of two possibilities: Perhaps you dragged the window partially off the screen, hiding the tools. Or in the Advanced tab in the settings dialog you made the tools and left tab hideable.
