Searching for specific effects...

I am having trouble doing a search for specific effects. For instance, if I type in "Bitbox" (hoping I will get all Bitbox effects) , instead I get a page that is titled "Bitbox Contributions"-none of which are Bitbox effects. What am I doing wrong?

Hi cysworld,

Try searching for "bittbox" instead of "bitbox", and you will find many.

The search functionality in SPE is not optimal, and in order to find an effect reliably, you need to search for
1. the author's name or
2. the exact name of the effect or
3. a keyword that the author or some user tagged the effect with.

To make it easier to find the exact name of an effect, I posted an alphabetical list - you can find the link in this post http://photoeditor.anthropics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2734

The following effects beginning with "bittbox" are listed:
