rendering

anyone know why over the past 2 days the rendering to use a mask is taking around 5 minutes, and the saving an image is taking 10 minutes. i'm on a mac and it's been taking forever over the past 2 days. it's also making my mac heat up fast and i have to turn my fans up to cool it down

Hi Sorsha,
Nothing has changed about the software in the last two days, so either: you are applying more complex effects, or if you are doing exactly the same thing as before, something has happened to your Mac.
