Saving

Can anyone help ? I have been using this program for about a year and never a problem now when I try to save it will not save anything. I dont even get the box asking what type of photo I would like to save it as . Jpeg.. tiff .. so on . I purchased this program and the trouble started after a date . Hope someone can help.

Hi Jabbjabb,
First of all check you're not using the trial version. If that isn't it, could you open a support ticket? Our support staff will try and figure out what's going wrong.
