Smart Photo editor stops working

When I open the software in my dell 64 bit computer the software stops working when i go to import a photo. Changed to 32 bit version of the software and the same thing happens, any suggestions? Marshall

Are you sure the 32 bit program has the same problem? This sounds very similar to this problem so could you try the solutions here:
