Update to Version 1.22.2

Update to Version 1.22.2

I am using a Mac and today I saw that there might be an update avialble. I clicked the arrow close to the new Version 1.22.2 to download that update.
But I am very astonished that I only get the EXE version insted the version
for MAC OS.

Please give me some help to update only my APP I don't want to migrate to the Microsoft OS.

I have encountered the same issue as mentioned above where I only get the EXE version while working on my mac. Any suggestions?
