program keeps crashing can not use Effect.

Is this normal for this program?
I am loosing faith pretty quick with Smart Photo Editor. Can someone please try to shine some light on what i am doing wrong? All i get is a message ( program has stopped running/working )

Hi Dana,
No it's not normal, just some issues with the later versions, but they are working hard to fix them, answers to help in your other post here
