CANNES, FRANCE - EFFECT 'NAIVE PAINTING'

Images from Cannes, France 2023.
Pre-processing took place in Photoshop Elements 2024 using Redfield's Plugin 'Quad Pencil'. The 'Naive Painting' effect by 'One-more-try' (me) was applied here in Smart Photo Editor. The vignette border and resizing was done last in Photoscape Pro. This effect has a rotational effect that produces a white halo around the edges and does not look good on all images, but it works well on buildings, houses, sheds, etc. This effect produces quite bright colours (although I toned them down in Photoscape Pro software) and realism takes a back seat. The results, if the right images is used, is quite Punchy & Funky. These images show what can be achieved. See what you think - it would be nice to see your comments, positive or negative.
