New: Soft watercolor 4 - VERY DELICATE

"Soft watercolor 4" by old&done - VERY DELICATE - when this works it is extremely delicate looking, but it does not work for all images. The examples shown below have not been tweaked, simply single click application for each image. There are, many parameters by which to tweak your results, plus you can combine with other effects or do a manual edit of the actual effect itself. I can see this effect being used for delicate illustrations, perhaps of flowers!
