New: Soft watercolor 3

"Soft watercolor 3" by old&done - when this works it works quite well, but it does not work for all images. The examples shown below have not been tweaked, simply single click application for each image. There are, many parameters by which to tweak your results, plus you can combine with other effects or do a manual edit of the actual effect itself.
