Frustrating when trying to confirm files

I'm constantly getting errors when I try to confirm my work.
Internal Program Error contact support it reads. I checked for software updates and nothing is available. This is becoming very frustrating and time consuming. I am the only one with this problem? and how can I correct this software issues?
