getting error message when I click on effects

Zwin32errorexception:error0x00000002 with file' c:\users\J D\AppData\local\photoeditor\global\25.mro: the system cannot find the file
I get this mesaage every time I try to add an effect and when I click on OK, it shuts down.

Hi JD
First try going to the file menu (before loading an image) and choose Update Galleries. If that doesn't work, uninstall, then reinstall.
