Shutting Down

My Smart Photo Editor software keep shutting down. I then go back to autosave and when I either am scanning the editor gallery or I try to save a photo, it shuts down. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my software?

Could you please open a ticket HERE and provide us with the details of the issue you're experiencing. One of our exceptional support team will then take a look and get your copy of SPE functioning correctly and without issue.
