cannot download

I purchased this software yesterday but it would not download to my computer. I use an apple computer.

How do I create a ticket? Here's the error message I received The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1.)

To create a ticket:
Go to our Support Ticket Page.
Fill in the details
Sign into your account
Create your support ticket.
In the meantime I'll let support know you are having problems.
