Cant save a fire frame

Have the purchased new version and cant seem to save any photo using the burning frame in borders section Please can anyone assist... Callum

Are you trying to save as a session (.pe file) or as a jpg? I've just tried and it works fine for me. Could you give a little more detail as to what is going wrong?
