Red cast on photos

I've never used this software and when I open my original photos there is a red murky cast to them, what am I doing wrong. I went to settings and it is set for the color profile of the photos. I'd really like to try the program out but I've never been able to due to this problem

When you start Smart Photo Editor there are some tutorials you can do with photos provided by the program. Do these photos also look like they have a red cast? If so, your monitor may need to be calibrated.

Another possibility is that you are using an unusual colour profile that we don't yet support. Loading in a tutorial photo should look ok if that's the problem.
