Dropped folders

I recently tried updating from the 1.11 to the 1.19 and the new version does not have all the folders. I no longer have my license number to reload. How do I correct the access to all folders and files? Thanks M Murphy

Hi Murphy,
I'm not sure what folders you're referring to. However, you can find your license number by using the license manager.
