Adding text to portrait

I purchased Portrait Professional only to find I could not add text to my portraits. I then was told to buy Smart Photo Editor. I did. I still can't see how to add text to my photos.

Who told you that adding text to a photo was a feature of either program?

I'm afraid you were misinformed. Neither program can curently add text to a picture. We always consider adding functionality if there is demand for it though.

I am a recent purchaser and was also disappointed to realise that one cannot add text to photos , otherwise am absolutely delighted with it, but hope you may look to add this facility in the near future. Amazed at the options available and the time saving it provides me can't wait to explore it some more. Many thanks .

Due to several people asking about adding text to photos, we have increased the priority of this feature, and will start working on it soon.

I see many people need to be able to apply text, including myself. Has the feature been added as of now?

We have started working on this feature. I don't want to commit to exact timescales but it should be available in a month or so, perhaps sooner if things go well.

There is a button that appears in the application when a new update is available.
