i need help saving or im getting my money back

i have some images i am trying to save to my computer in the picture section or any section that does NOT lock the pictures
so i can send them, and use them on cards and such
PLEASE HELP!!!!
I NEED TO DO THIS TODAY!!!!
i pay for this service i want full range of it or i am getting my money back!!

Press Ctrl+S to save your image. Or choose Save as Jpg/Tiff from the file menu.

When you go to File > Save as Jpeg/Tiff a window will open so you can choose the location to save your image in. You need to make a note of this so that you can then open the image at a later date.

When you press Ctrl+S it will save your edited image to the same folder where you saved your original image. It will also show in your recent file lists.
