What is latest version?

Can you advertise somewhere via your web site or forum what the latest version is?
For instance, I am currently downloading v1.18 having just run the check for updates, however, in the announcements forum it is indicating version 1.3.5...

The latest announcements are at the top of the announcements page. Version 1.3 is a very old version and 1.18 is the latest (it's version one dot eighteen, not one point one eight).
