Help box remains ontop of any active window.

Help box remains ontop of any active window.

When a yellow box displays with help they stay on top of the desktop. If I then swap to another application that yellow box remains visible. It looks like it's attaching itself to display ontop of the desktop and any active frame rather that the smart editor windows frame.
