Error Message

When trying to save a photo to my computer I get the following message: ZWin32ErrorException: Error Ox0000005 with file 'C:\Documents and Settings\stan\Local Settings\Application Data\PhotoEditor\forupload\xupd.tag', Access is denied.
Can anyone HELP?

We have had other users getting this message occasionally and we are still trying to work out what is causing it. There will be an update coming soon that stops the application crashing when this happens.
