pictures from picasa to photosmart

Only a few of my Picasa albums are available for editing on Smart Photo Eitor. Why can I not edit all albums stored in picasa or windows on Smart Photo Editor? I really like your editing. So easy and so many choices. Thanks, M Murphy

Hi Marian Murphy,
We've done nothing in Smart Photo Editor that should prevent you editing any picture stored on your pc from picasa or anything else long as they are either jpgs or tiffs. Could you give me more detail about what happens when you try and open a picture from picasa that doesn't work?
