White eyes

Is there a way to get a white spot out of the pupil? It's like red eye, but white.

Yes:
Go into Area Treatment.
Zoom into the white spot and try and select it as accurately as possible using the mouse (you might need to decrease the brush size)
Use the exposure slider on the right to darken it until it matches the rest of the pupil.
If it is a small spot, that's not touching the iris, you might also be able to use the Erase tool to get rid of it.
