is there anyway of getting the new up-date off as i don't think it is any better in fact it is worse than it was before,

Sorry for the problems you are having. We have recently put up a new windows version which fixes a crash, which you can get via check for updates. Alternatively if you want to go back to the old version, you can download it from here:

Standard edition:

Sick of this crashing, please can someone point me in the direction of the old MAC version as paid for something which is currently of little use
