Application crashes constantly!

Smart Photo Editor crashes several times every time I use it. It just says "Photo Editor has stopped Working". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no change. I'm running Windows7 64bit. These are the errors in the event log.

This would be a stellar product if you could just get the bugs worked out.

Hi Acxicat,

I am very sorry you are having this problem. The name and email details you have given us are not coming up on our system, do you have any other email addresses? Do you have the exact name you used when you buying the software? Do you have the Worldpay or Paypal Transaction ID? If you have the SPE token code, this will be the quickest way for me to find your license so I can check your details.

Please can you email support at support1234@anthropics.com with some more information.

When exactly does the crash occur? What happens when the software crashes? Do you get any error messages?

Does this happen with every image? What size are the images you are using when the crash occurs? Please could you send an example image to support1234@anthropics.com, you may need to use the free yousendit.com.

Does the software crash on a certain effect?

You must not be getting my emails. This is the latest one. SHould I open a ticket?

Now getting error:
ZWin32ErrorException: Error 0x00000005 with file ‘C:\users\shelto\AppData|Local\PhotoEditor\forupload\xpop.tag’. Access is denied. Sometimes the file is pop.tag and sometimes it’s xupd.tag. These are what I was getting before. I’ve tried uninstalling and removing all leftover files and reinstalling. No change. I’m administrator on my box and I have full access to the entire folder.
