Failed update

Why is "FAILED TO UPDATE SEARCH ENGINE" keeps popping -up when I go on SPE? I'm using version 1.7.2

Have tried again, still the same message pops up.

The easiest way to try and fix this is to uninstall and reinstall. You can get download links by using the licenses page.
