raw, nef files

Hi, I had to reinstall Smart Photo Editor and now I cannot open any of nef file. What can I do to solve the problem. thank you.

Could you give a bit more information? Why can't you open any nef files? Do you get an error when you try and load them?

I don't have any error message when opening a raw, nef file...Nothing happen....total blank...I don't have any problem with the JPG files. Awaiting for you answer. Thankyou.

First, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling. If that doesn't work could you open a support ticket and see if our support team can help?
