Stopped Working

I have found that the program stops working quite often, which is very annoying. I am running this program on a 64bit windows 7 PC with 12gb ram

I have a Windows 8 Pro 64-bit operating system with 32MB of memory. The Smart Photo software shouldn't be crashing so much. I find that if I am in the program making various changes, the program will just stop and tells me to quit the program. I've learned to save my work often, but that can be an added hassle. Anyone have any suggestions?

I seem to have this problem of stopping/freezing each time I use the programme. I wonder sometimes if I'm doing something wrong

I am experiencing the same problem. The software keeps freezing every single time. My configuration is a windows 7 64 bit with 16 gb ram. Will there be a patch to correct this problem?
