Eraser added to select area tool.

May we please have an eraser to unselect areas instead of the whole control Z thing? An eraser would allow me to work backwards so to speak. I could quickly select an area and then what does get selected by accident can easily be erased so it does not interfere with my subject or whatever.

Yes, simply click on the "Erase From Selection" button in the top left of the software.

If the first thing you do is click on Erase from Selection, then the entire picture will be selected for you, and you can erase the bits you don't want selected.
