HOW DO YOU CHANGE BACK GROUND BEHIND PHOTO
EG... GET A BEACH LOOK

To change the background

+ Choose the composite option (only available in paid for version and some trials)
+ Choose New Underlay
+ Draw the mouse all the way along the edge of your background revealing part of your background
+ Use the fill tool to fill in the rest of the background

it is hard to fill in the gaps, I hit the shift and nothing happened. Is there another button to hold sown as well this is hard and so far all my stuff is bleeding in there needs to be ab easier way to do this besides the circle

You need to zoom in to your photo (Pan/Zoom, upper left corner in your screen) when you want more ease in filling in the gaps, also you can adjust the size of the circle and the dectector size to be more precise with the brush.
