HELP!!!!

Postby ufoundjoy » Wed Apr 30, 2014 8:09 pm

I think I ruined all of my son's photos of his 1st Birthday party!
I didn't realized the date stamp was set on the camera, now all of the photos have
an obnoxious yellow date on the bottom right side. If there is a way with Smart Photo to
erase this date, can someone please tell me how? I'm still a Rookie with this software, so
I don't have a clue of how to fix this.
Thank you!!

Hi ufoundjoy,

I'm afraid you need to use the erase tool a lot..
As far I can see now, there is no batch option for such operations, because there is a selection needed (the yellow date).

Batch would be possible if there can be an effect created that does select the yellow date color but..,
I tried to create an effect that selected the yellow color to replace with something around it but not with a result I would like to see in my photo's, so I would say thats a negative for now..

Maybe Tony or someone else has another solution as SPE does have often other possibilities.

Here a video on how to use the SPE erase tool:

Wish you luck :)

Thank you so much, Arwin!
Your instructions helped me a great deal.
I am going through each pic one by one.
Some are easy to erase and others not so much, but
I am making progress.
Thank you again for all of your help! :D :) :D :)
