Slow shutter speed by superdave as shown in show yourresults

I can not find the "slow shutter speed" water by superdave. I did searches on slow, shutter, speed, slow shutter, slow shutter speed. no luck

Hi pettijohn,
"Slow Shutter Speed - Water" can be applied by selecting an area and marking it as Water. This is because it is an effect that requires an area selection. It will then be visible on the first page of effects after you confirm your area. If you want to apply it to the entire image, just select everything in the Area Select Screen.
