If I use SPE are your frames available to use in the program. Were they added to the program when you close SPE and it does its w hen the program updates.

Firstly, these are not my frames - rather they are frames submitted to Smart Photo Editor for users to apply to their own images. These frames were submitted a while back so, assuming that you have updated the gallery, they should be there for you to use. Here are two screen shots to show you how to get them:
