Sharpening

What is the best way to sharpen a photo? I have tried different effects and they look unnatural.

There are lots of different ways of sharpening an image. I'd recommend going into the gallery then choosing the sharpening gallery (it's under detail), and making sure you're in the detail view gallery, not grid mode, so you can see the image clearly. I've added a few more sharpening effects, so they should appear in the gallery in a few days.
