How do you make one object in color in a black and white picture?

Hi lisajo315, You can use the Select Area tool to apply an effect to only part of an image. There are video tutorials on how to use the select Area tool and one of the tutorials describes how to convert all but one part of the image to black and white. http://photoeditor.anthropics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1662
