Keep getting a X for this ...what am I missing??

Hi Steve,
I'm not sure where you are seeing an X? To refine your search of effects just choose something from the choices on the left of the gallery. Hovering over options with an arrow (>) on the right will give you more options to choose from in a drop down menu.
