Multiple images

Hi everyone can someone please tell me how to load multiple images into SPE?

It sounds like you are talking about Montaging or Compositing. Take a look at the videos for montage and compositing and see if that's what you are looking for. If you just want to work on two pictures separately, just run the software twice (or do one and then the other!).
