Not Saving

All of a sudden when I have gone to save a photo it shows that it is rendering but when its done it shows either an empty file of a partial photo. What gives?

Hi landerosp,
You can submit a support request on http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/ but you will have to supply more information before anyone can help you. For example, what operating system do you have? Are you using SPE as a standalone or as a plugin? If as a plugin, what is the host application? What is the file format of the file you are opening? If you are opening SPE from Photoshop, is the top layer a flattened layer? Good luck in solving the problem.
